Only costs to client, outside booking fee….. A location of choice, to fit their work force, for example either a conference room or local hotel, with seats for between 100-150 maximum and facilities to serve coffees, teas and a light lunch, either buffet style or sandwiches, including PowerPoint presentation set up.

Managed 6 hour Conference…

10am ...Arrive for coffee, meet and greet, introduction of her team by Sharron Davies.

10.30am…Presentation by Ellie Gilder on Positive mental attitude, Team work, Target setting, Time management, Delegation and Managing stress using both tried and tested systems like NLP and personal experience from the view point of being a very successful business and sports woman, as well as a mother.

11.30am…Presentation by Jennifer Stoute on Health, and how you can improve your own levels of fitness; including examples of exercises for strength, endurance, flexibility and general physical well being. We will also offer solutions for weight loss with an aim to better results at work, and at home by being healthier and happier, including how to cope with the challenges of modern life, juggling and maintaining focus, with a sense of self worth. There will be ideas on how to exercise with friends, your partner and family as well as in the office when you have a spare moment. Jennifer will use her vast experience as an Olympic medalist and track agent as well as a mum of two young girls.

1.30pm...Presentation by Sharron Davies on Nutrition, and how you are what you eat, ideas on how to eat better at work, on the go and with a busy family when time is the essence. An understanding of how to eat healthily, with tips and ideas, giving an up to date knowledge of what we DO and DON’T need in our diet and how we can make positive changes to improve performance and self image for ourselves and the whole family, increasing productivity and the ability to cope.

2pm...A make-over lesson, including image and body shape analysis, with a highly qualified professional make up artist and style consultant; a light-hearted session to break the day, aimed at passing on new ideas of what can be achieved with a fresh look at fashion and self presentation, which leads to renewed confidence and image.

3pm...Motivational presentation by Sharron Davies, through her life and experiences of twenty five years in sport at the highest level, working in broadcasting and the media, as well as being a busy mum and wife; a chance to inspire and empathize with her audience, finishing off with an open forum Q&A session with all three presenters. Throughout the day, although we each have our own sections and presentations, the day is a team effort and all three experts are on hand to add their tips, ideas and expertise to all the different facets of the conference.
